Online sessions allow us to access the support we need,
no matter where life takes us
How online therapy works
Online therapy offers the same high-quality therapy as in-person sessions.
From the comfort of your own space, you can connect with me for support, no matter your location.
I bring the same warmth, empathy, and personal attention to our virtual sessions, ensuring you feel heard and understood.
Through secure video calls, we’ll work through your challenges and foster personal growth, just like in face-to-face therapy.
Practicalities
Once you book, you'll receive a unique Zoom link. Simply click it at the session time—no need to download anything.
To make the most of your session:
Ensure your microphone and camera work
Have your device charged or plugged in
Choose a quiet, private space for uninterrupted conversation
Protect your privacy by ensuring no one else can access your screen during the session
Locate your device on a solid surface - I do not conduct sessions while you are on the go
Approach & method
I’m specialized in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, families and individuals.
This approach is psychodynamic, systemic and attachment-theory based.
It means we place your current struggles into your context and emotional experience so you get a better understanding of your coping strategies, and how to make new experiences that bring you what you're longing for in your life.
I invite you to read around this website to get a sense of how we match. Or better yet book an assessment session to clarify if I’m the right match to support you.
